Sautéed Veal with Brandy Cream Sauce Tender veal sautéed with mushrooms. Topped with brandy cream sauce and served over wild rice with steamed vegetables
Horseradish Crusted Salmon Baked & served in garlic sauce, with sweet potato rosettes
